Senior Sales Representative
Main Purpose of the Job:
The main purpose of Senior Sales Representative’s role is to carry out and develop the Sales targets and achieve the planned objectives.
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
The Senior Sales Representative will be expected to complete the responsibilities / accountabilities effectively.
• Achieve the given sales target for the period
• Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and items of the competition.
• Prepare and submit daily, monthly and end of the year reporting as required by Riyadh Branch manager / Corporate Sales manager.
• Perform additional assignments as requested by the Riyadh Branch Manager / Corporate Sales Manager / Business Development Director / Managing Director / the Board of Directors and the Strategic Planning Committee.
Skills and Abilities:
The Senior Sales Representative must show passion and must have the following key skills and should show competencies in performing the job successfully:
• Must have superior customer experience, highly knowledgeable.
• Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to produce highly professional proposals and presentations
Experience:
The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in both western and ME business environments with particular experience in ME business culture.
• Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all level of clients effectively.
Qualifications:
To perform the job successfully, the Senior Sales Representative must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or related field from four-year College or university; or minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training preferably in marketing or business management.
• Must be articulate in English Language.
• Must be goal oriented and excellent knowledge of customer service.
• Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office.
• Must have a strong business, technical and analytical capabilities.
